✧ COMMISSION TOS ✧

First and foremost: these are not official and strict rules. It is more to inform you of how I work, hoping for the best work experience for both you and me. They are also ment to inform you of why your order may cost a little less or more than expected.Placing an order:
All transactions take place on Commiss.io1) Please use one of the forms provided at the end of this document!!! It helps me immensely to have all the info in one place, and it ensures I do not miss any details! You can leave all spots NOT marked with * blank, giving me creative liberty, but I will not be making major alterations to what I choose.
2) If you are picky, PLEASE be as specific as possible, and if you want changes to the sketch, review it carefully and list all the changes at once, as first 3 reworks of the sketch are free, however every single rework after that tags on a 10$ fee.
3) PLEASE provide 1-2 FLATCOLORED references for the characters unless you have literally no art like that. I will be tagging on an at least 10$ fee if I have to carefully sample or rework colors because of a fully shaded picture/3D VR chat model of your OC. DO NOT send 10 different pieces either!! it's confusing and very unhelpful, pick 1-2 favorites, unless specific others are necessary (accessories, maws, tattoos etc)!
4) If you are ordering a design commission, the previous rule obviously does not apply, send in a reference for every detail you deem necessary.
5) If you are ordering a design commission and want additional info about the OC to be included on the sheet itself, keep it condensed, short facts, not a novel!
6) I hold the right to not take your commission if I don't think I can do it justice, or it makes me uncomfortable.
7) Simple characters/poses may lower the price a little, but of course - complex ones may increase it slightly. Detailed outfits, complex markings/tattoos/intricate poses may all contribute to a higher overall price, but, you will be informed about this upfront.
8) If you are ordering a PWYW commission, you give me full creative liberty, and though we still can split the payment, you will not receive a sketch to approve. Treat these as a surprise, so if you have a specific idea in mind - do not order these. They are ment for people without a specific idea, and for me to cater to lower budgets, as they add aproximatelly +10~20% of value (ex. you may receive a fully rendered piece for 75$ instead of the usual 90$)
9) For any and all commissions, please use Discord if possible (@ Xalloir).The process:
1) I DO NOT work in chronological order !! Your commission may take 2 days, it make take a month. I apologize for the inconsistency, but, it is the best I can do to ensure the highest quality for your order. I work on things when I have the inspiration to do so, basically.
2) I accept payment plans! The plans can extend up to 3 months if necessary, with the parts being as small as 20$. No additional fees will be tagged on for splitting the payment, and I will not pester you about it if you have to postpone payments. You will receive the product after you pay the full amount, though I am okay with showing you a low resolution preview upon completion.
3) Otherwise, everything is handled via my Commiss.io and DMs !Cancelling and refunds:
1) I do offer refunds IF I have not started work on the piece. You can cancel at any moment until you receive a sketch - receiving a refund of the up front payment, and you can also decide to not go through or postpone the commission at that point as well, though I will keep the up front payment since the sketch has been completed.
2) If I have not updated you in 3 months or more, I will have no problem refunding you for a part, or the full cost depending on the work I have completed.
