✧ COMMISSION TOS ✧

Placing an order:
- Please DM us on Discord (xalloir) if you'd like to discuss any commission!
- All transactions take place on my ko-fi. Link will be provided after all the details are agreed upon.
- Please provide 1-2 flatcolor references for the characters unless you have no art like that. I will be tagging on an at least 10€ fee for color reworks due to inconsistent or unclear references.
- If you are picky, be as specific as possible, and if you want changes to the sketch, review it carefully and list all the changes at once, as first 3 reworks of the sketch are free, however every single rework after that tags on a 10€ fee.
- I hold the right to not take your commission if I don't think I can do it justice, or it makes me uncomfortable.
- Simple characters/poses may lower the price a little, but of course, complex ones may increase it slightly as well. Detailed outfits, complex markings/tattoos/intricate poses may all contribute to a higher overall price, but, you will be informed about this upfront.The process:
- I DO NOT work in chronological order. Your commission may take 2 days, it make take a month. I apologize for the inconsistency, but, it is the best I can do to ensure the highest quality for your order.
- I accept payment plans. The plans can extend up to 2 months if necessary, with the parts being as small as 20€. No additional fees will be tagged on for splitting the payment. You will receive the product after you pay the full amount.Cancelling and refunds:
- You may cancel your order if you received no art. You may also decline to go through with the commission if the sketch I provide does not satisfy you. Likewise, if you are yet to pay any money, I reserve the right to decline or cancel working on your commission.
- Refunds may be discussed in very rare circumstances such as the commission being incomplete after 6+ months, or in case of a health decline on my part making me unable to work. Refunds are not available after you have completed the payment and I started to work on your order. I will make at most 2 adjustments to the finished art piece to finalize it to your liking.Additionally, by accepting art through Xalloir commissions, you automatically agree to the following:
- The art will not be resold or sold as merchandise, unless permission is given by the artist.
- The piece will not be edited by a third party. Eg: Buying a sketch commission and then going to another artist and commissioning them to finish.
- Xalloir art will not be used to train AI or Machine Learning models under any circumstance.
